It is inspired by Mabel's note from "Gravity Falls".  It features a  heart decorated note with: 
"Do You Like Me?" 
"YES" 
"DEFINITELY" 
"ABSOLUTELY!!!" on it.  
There is a check mark with a pale pink feather next to "ABSOLUTELY!!!".  
 
The pale pink ostrich feather is adjustable and you can change the angle of its position.
The back is accented with various pink flowers.  Everything is attached to a hot pink, fuchsia tear drop fascinator base.  

It attaches to the head by two large alligator clips, allowing it to attach to the head in any position.
