A glittery black peacock with a long, dramatic feather tail that curls above it sits atop a crushed black velvet fascinator base. Despite its size, it is lightweight and easy-to-wear.

The feathered tail is reinforced with disguised millinery wire so it won't lose its shape.

There is an adjustable size hat strap and a wire hair comb attached to the hat base.  It is lightweight and easy-to-wear.
