Shake your tail feather in this FLOCKing fabulous peacock headband that converts into different looks! 

A  blue glittered peacock is accented with a dramatic feathered tail featuring peacock eye feathers and various other feathers in shades of blue and green.  The tail cascades to around the shoulders.  
 
The tail also has a gathering of spiraled, curled peacock sword feathers that are wired to the tail.  You can position these feathers to add some dramatic height to the back of the bird or wear it down to add more volume to the tail.
 
The bird is wired and attached to a wide black satin headband.  You can position the peacock and wear it at different heights and locations.
