This surrealist Top Hat Tower will definitely make you the center of attention! It is inspired by the "Towering Pillar of Hats" from the popular "Team Fortress" game series.
Two lightweight buckram top hats are hand-stitched together in a staggered stack. Both are accented with identical matching green ribbons and green & blue ostrich feathers.
