This look is for the birds!  
 
DRAMATIC black wings are attached to a black fascinator base.  Despite its size it is lightweight and easy-to-wear.
 
The wings are wired and you can open or close them.

The wingspan ranges from roughly 23 cm (closed) to 58 cm (open).   
All the feathers are hand-placed.  
 
Adjustable black head straps (like wig or bra straps) and a hair comb are attached to the underside.
