A delicate, but bold swarm of feather butterflies float and fly delicately above your head.
This is the "Effie PLUS+" style, a slightly fuller and taller version of my slightly cheaper Effie headpiece.
The butterflies are adjustable in terms of position and height. It can be worn in several different ways to create dramatically different looks.
The headpiece is lightweight, fully lined, and comes with two clips are attached. It has a black fascinator base, different color bases are available, but there is a small surcharge for it.
