These headpieces are inspired a iconic surrealist headpiece made by Schiaparelli and Dali. 
 
Large red, white, & blue sequin star appliques delicately swarm and float above your head on hidden wire-work.  There are 13 stars, to represent the original 13 colonies of the United States of America.
 
Each individual star on this headpiece is hand-wired and adjustable, you can change their position and height to create dramatically different looks.
 
The stars are attached to a black Alice band (a headband with teeth) making it very easy to wear and suitable for most hairstyles.
