If you've reached this page, there's a good chance you're concerned about how long it's going to take your order to arrive.  ALL orders come with tracking numbers, so please check your inbox and spam folder for your tracking info before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Currently we are NOT SHIPPING to Germany or Spain due to issues with packaging laws.

For orders in the EU & UK, we DO NOT collect VAT or custom fees at the time of purchase and you’ll be responsible for those fees. Failure to pay those fees might result in shipping delays or a return to sender.   We cannot undervalue packages or mark them as gifts.

UK ORDERS, we require a minimum order of £135 or $187.50 USD.  This is because of changes in UK shipping/custom rules.  UK orders that don’t reach this minimum will be canceled and refunded.

In most cases, you must pay these custom duties/fees before you receive your package.  We cannot expediate this process for you. 

As a really TINY small business, we cannot register or a receive a account to collect VAT at this time.

For HAT ORDERS, through my Esty store, we are able to collect  VAT and custom fees at the point of sale as the Etsy platform can do that on our behalf.
