This tulle headdress inspired by a swarming school of fish must be SEA to be believed! 
No need to SCALE back and be KOI, this look will never let you drown. 
It's perfect for seapunks and mermaids at heart! 
 
A towering mixture of tulle in different shades of blue is accented with lots of tiny silver embroidered sardine fish.  Some of the fish are wired and can be repositioned, most are fixed into place. 
 
This headpiece has an elastic and hair comb attached.  It is very lightweight and comfortable to wear.
 
It looks much better in person, editing out the background caused some details to be lost.
 
DO NOT expose it to heat or flames though.  It is made out of FLAMMABLE materials.
