AAAHH!!! This surrealist eyes and lips bowler hat will have you screaming in delight!
It's inspired by works by  Schiaparelli and Dali AND Oblina from "AAAHH!!! Real Monster", the  Nickelodeon show.  
 
It is available as either a bowler hat OR on a black and white swirl fascinator base.

The eyes and lips on the front of the bowler hat "pop out" from the hat, to give it more of a 3D look.  The two eyes on the front have hidden wire-work, so you can adjust their position and height.  For example, you can make them more asymmetrical or position them to be more even.
The back of the hat has one applique eye glued flat to the surface, to give it a "third eye" look.
There is also a black grosgrain ribbon accent around the hat.
Please note that the mannequin head is slightly smaller than life-size and it doesn't have hair so it makes the hat seem a bit oversize. 
All the bowler hats are approximately 57cm in circumference or a 7-1/8 adult hat size.  It might be slightly small for a man, it might sit a bit atop a large male head, but it does fit most male heads.
 They are costume shop quality novelty permafelt bowler hat, which is why I'm able to offer them cheaply and quickly.  The stiffness of the permafelt is necessary to support the supporting wirework, but let me know if you want a more luxe wool version of it, which will cost more and take more time to make.

The eyes and red lips are all wired and adjustable.  
They are attached to a a woven straw fascinator base, with two clips attached.  
The default hat base color would be a black & white swirl, but I have colors of hat bases available upon request.  The back of the lips also has red sequins, the backs of the eyes are plain, with no decoration.
 
Due to the handmade nature of this product, there are slight variations in each piece.
