A lightweight, large translucent Eiffel tower is attached a woven straw hat base.
It can easily lights up and turns on with a hidden button and can either stay one solid color or cycle through multiple colors.

It is accented with luxurious red, white, and blue roses in the colors of the French flag. It is accented with black dotted veiling.
A cheaper version without roses is also available.
It comes with two hair clips attached or you can choose to have a hat elastic and hair comb attached instead.
