This fascinator is made out of cotton, reinforced with disguised millinery wiring, and set into place with resins. It is very lightweight and delicate though! It is attached to a small woven base, which I cut smaller and reinforced with black epoxy.
The smaller base becomes invisible on black hair, make the illusion more effective. It has a hat elastic, wear it to the back of your head.I can adjust the design for you too, prices might change.
