*For hats in a style we haven’t made before:  we require a 50% deposit before we will begin.  The balance of the payment is due before we send the headpiece out.

*You can't return or be refunded for a bespoke commission unless it is faulty.

*The budget determines how much time/cost of materials we can work with. Please look at the listings to see the range of prices the headpieces sell for.

 

*Please be aware that custom orders do typically cost more than our standard listings due to increased time spent sourcing materials, consulting with the client, patterning,  experimenting with materials, and using more difficult and time consuming techniques compared to our more budget friendly line.

* For bespoke orders, unless it is a particularly simple design, can be made out of materials we already have in stock, or a variation of a previous design we have made before, custom designs begin at a minimum of $450, at the low end, not including shipping and taxes/fees.

*We can custom print images and turn them into fascinator hats or headbands (see our Softwatch or Jeweled Eye looks).  These would be cheaper than most traditional commissions, if you provide the image and there are not as much embellishments.

*If we can’t meet your vision within your budget, we will let you know promptly so you can find an alternative.
